Our platform facilitates:

• Booking and management of live entertainment
• Communication between venues, artists, and directors
• Financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting
• Event coordination tools and notifications

We act as a service provider and facilitator, and are not responsible for the independent actions of venues, artists, or third parties.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

By providing your phone number and using our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your use of The Ave and Gig Ops, including:

• Booking confirmations and updates
• Show advances and event details
• Emergency fill-in alerts and open booking opportunities
• Account and operational notifications

• Payment terms for bookings, deposits, and balances are defined per agreement or invoice
• Users are responsible for fulfilling agreed payment obligations
• The Ave and Gig Ops may facilitate invoicing and tracking but are not liable for non-payment between parties unless explicitly stated

• Cancellation policies may vary by booking, venue, or artist agreement
• Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to agreed terms for each booking
• The Ave is not liable for losses resulting from cancellations, no-shows, or changes made by third parties

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt system functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data
• Misrepresent booking details or payment information

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

All content, branding, and platform functionality—including Gig Ops systems—are the property of The Ave Entertainment Group LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

The Ave and Gig Ops provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Performance issues, cancellations, or disputes between users
• Loss of revenue, business, or data
• Technical interruptions or platform downtime

Use of our services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ave Entertainment Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected and used.
